SELDIN MAKES THE 2018 NAHMA AFFORDABLE 100 LIST
The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) released their “2018 Affordable 100” list and Seldin Company is honored to be featured on this list.
NAHMA is an advocate for professional standards in the affordable housing industry. They are a leading voice for property managers and owners who strive to provide quality, affordable housing. They focus on legislative and regulatory policy and develop solid partnerships with organizations like the Department of Housing and Urban Development, Congress, and others to ensure that affordable housing has a voice.
The "Affordable 100" list was created to accurately determine the portfolio of affordable units receiving federal subsidies in the United States. The list is made up of the 100 largest affordable multifamily property managers in the country and is ranked by unit count.
