Seldin Company Earns Spot in the Top 50 of 2022 NAHMA Affordable 100 List
Seldin Company is honored to be listed in the top 50 of the 2022 Affordable 100 list, released by The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
The list is made up of the 100 largest affordable multifamily property managers in the country and is ranked by unit count. Affordable units must contain at least one of the following federal subsidies: HUD Project-based Assistance, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME funds, bonds, or USDA Section 515.
NAHMA is an advocate for affordable housing management and a voice for owners and multifamily property managers whose mission is to provide quality affordable housing. NAHMA promotes decent and safe affordable housing by supporting regulatory and legislative policy and by fostering strategic relations between the government and the multifamily property industry.
