SELDIN PROUD TO BE NAMED ON THE 2019 NAHMA AFFORDABLE 100 LIST
Seldin Company is honored to be featured on the “2019 Affordable 100” List released by The National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
NAHMA is an advocate for affordable housing management and a voice for owners and multifamily property managers whose mission is to provide quality affordable housing. NAHMA promotes decent and safe affordable housing by supporting regulatory and legislative policy and by fostering strategic relations between the government and the multifamily property industry.
The "Affordable 100" list was created to accurately determine the portfolio of affordable units receiving federal subsidies in the United States. The list is made up of the 100 largest affordable multifamily property managers in the country and is ranked by unit count. Affordable units must contain at least one of the following federal subsidies: HUD Project-based Section 8, Section 42 LIHTC, HOME funds, bonds and USDA Section 515.
