KIM MCINTOSH WINS COMMUNITY MANAGER OF THE YEAR
Seldin company is excited to announce that our very own Kim McIntosh won Community Manager of the Year, at the Apartment Association of Nebraska Stars of Excellence Awards! Kim wonderfully manages Ontario Place and Tuscany Apartments in Omaha and Papillion, NE.

The Apartment Association of Nebraska (AAN) has helped create and maintain a high level of professionalism in the multifamily rental housing industry since 2002. The AAN Stars of Excellence Awards recognizes and honors top-achievers working in the multifamily industry for their outstanding work. Nominees are judged and winners are selected by multifamily association executives outside of Nebraska.
