It is with great honor, that Seldin Company announces the promotion of Brad Frazier from Assistant Vice President, to Vice President of Facilities!
Brad began his career with Seldin Company more than 20 years ago, in 1999 as a groundskeeper servicing multifamily communities in Nebraska and Iowa.
Brad recalls that Seldin Company was a much smaller scale operation back in 1999. He has had the pleasure during his tenure to witness the tremendous business growth Seldin has worked tirelessly toward.
“I think back then, we only managed around 4,000-5000 units, and were primarily only operating in Nebraska and Iowa. Since that time, we have grown to employ around 600 team members who manage a current portfolio of more than 20,000 units across 10 states in the Midwest region. We may be bigger today, but we have managed to retain our company values throughout our massive expansion. I think this is largely in part, due to Seldin’s commitment to promoting from within whenever possible.”
Brad looks forward to having further oversight of strategic planning, and operating procedure, as well as staff development and training initiatives. Brad loves keeping his handyperson skills sharp and spending time with his kids in his spare time.
